Team Notifications for teams

Quarter time scores Notifications on scores at the end of each quarter.

Full time scores Notifications on scores at full time.

Close game alerts Notifications on the scores being close at the end of the game.

FootyAlerts is an open source project developed by @samvrlewis.

Footy Alerts uses the browser push API to send AFL score notifications. This works across mobile devices and desktops. On mobile devices, notifications will be received even if the browser is not open.
